I used to be a conventional psychotherapist. Then I started telling the truth.
Despite the life-changing power of therapy, I began to sense its limits. Too often, it kept people orbiting their pain, analysing it, managing it, coping with it, Â but rarely integrating it.
So I turned inward.
I deepened into meditation, energy work and self-inquiry. What emerged was a new way of working: one that honours the rigour of my clinical past while making space for something more expansive.
Today, I work with people who are ready to go beyond survival strategies and limiting narratives. People who no longer want to be seen as broken or in need of fixing, who are ready to step into their most aligned, liberated selves.
We'll look at your truth; my approach is unflinching, compassionate, and transformative.
At the heart of all my work, be it in conflict zones, corporate boardrooms, or one-to-one mentorship lies a single focus: Â awarenss of your infinite worth.
For over twenty years, I’ve worked at the intersection of clinical psychology and human resilience. I designed trauma recovery programmes in war zones, shaped corporate mental health strategy for global giants like Apple and Meta, and supported hundreds of clients navigating everything from the intensity of high-stakes leadership to the quiet ache of self-doubt.
I’m a BACP licensed Psychotherapist, a Certified Facilitator for The Work of Byron Katie, and a certified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner. I’ve trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) treatment, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Energy Psychology.
This breadth allows me to combine clinical rigour with soulful intuition, sensing what lies beneath the surface before you’re fully conscious of it, and helping you integrate limiting beliefs into self-acceptance, inner peace, and trust in your limitless worth.
Outside of work, I’m a Mum, a long-time expat, and have white rabbit named Dumpling. My dream Sunday is tea in bed with the weekend papers. As a child I played the drums — and dream to take them up again. My cooking skills are aspirational; a work in progress witih no apparent progress.Â
